Road trip

A few weeks ago I went with my parents on a sort of road trip through France and Spain. This holiday was all about my Erasmus, for which I leave in less than two weeks! - Aaah!
It's hard to believe everything is finally happening...

Our first stop was just over the French border, in San Sebastian. Where it was, as you can probably see, raining! Yeah, that's the last thing you expect when you're leaving rainy Belgium... But despite the rain we still had 2 lovely days there!!

I'll miss the seaside

This weekend I went to our house at the seaside (in De Haan) with my parents and brother for probably the last time in 6 months. It was good to be there, I enjoyed my weekend very much. We ate a lot of delicious food, because it was my mothers birthday, and had beautiful weather! But I couldn't stop thinking about how much I'll miss this wonder full place when I'll be leaving in September. As I already told you in a previous post I got accepted for an Erasmus at the University of Zaragoza (Spain) for 5 months. I'll be following my courses in Spanish to learn the language. And I hope that goes well :) But I'll tell you more in my next post!

Since I unfortunately forgot to take my camera with me this weekend, I'll show you some good memory pictures from when I was there with my friends in the beginning of this summer holiday.

The power of nature

I still can't believe what happened here yesterday in Belgium...

Already 5 people lost their lives due to a major storm and hail at Pukkelpop, what supposed to be a fun festival here in Belgium turned out to be a tragedy.
Trees and tents fell down, a lot of people were unreachable,... All things that should never have happened!

I live along with my entire hearth with the families and friends who have lost a beloved one. And I hope that the people who are still staying in hospitals and are still missing will be fine.

My new babies

Normally I don't really like sales, I find it to chaotic. But when I was in Leuven (a city in Belgium) a few weeks ago, I couldn't restrain myself to jump in this small shoe boutique I love, to see if they still had a cute pair of flats left - and yes they did!

It was even difficult to choose... I finally got these ones, for a really good price, and as a present from my mum because I helped her so good with something. Thank you sweet mum :)

OOTD: A day in Bruges

Ok finally an other post, sorry it took me so long! I've been really busy - and yes I know it's a lame excuse :)
I just hope everyone is having a wonderful vacation so far!
